Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

Our services are delivered as custom, time-and-resource-based work (for example design, development, content, advertising management and ongoing optimisation). Because we begin allocating people, tools and time to your project as soon as an engagement starts, refunds are assessed based on the work already performed rather than on a fixed money-back basis.

2. Advance Payments and Deposits

Many engagements require an advance payment or deposit to confirm the booking and reserve capacity in our schedule. This advance is used to cover initial planning, resource allocation and work performed at the start of the project, and is therefore non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Cancellation by the Client

You may request to cancel an engagement at any time by writing to us. How a cancellation is handled depends on its timing:

• Before any work has begun: you may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit and any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
• After work has begun: fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the work completed and resources committed up to the cancellation date, and any balance is invoiced or refunded accordingly.
• Once a project, milestone or deliverable has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope: that portion is considered fully delivered and is non-refundable.

4. Monthly Retainers and Subscriptions

Ongoing services such as SEO, social media and Google Ads management are billed as monthly retainers. You may cancel a retainer with the notice period stated in your proposal or statement of work. The current billing cycle, once started, is non-refundable, and cancellation takes effect from the next cycle.

5. Non-Refundable Costs

Certain costs are paid to third parties or consumed during delivery and cannot be refunded, including but not limited to:

• Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google Ads or Meta.
• Domain names, hosting, SSL certificates, third-party software, plugins, stock assets and paid tool subscriptions purchased for your project.
• Work, campaigns or deliverables already performed, published or delivered in line with the agreed scope.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, where applicable, cover only fees paid for work that has not yet been performed. We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with results where the agreed scope of work has been delivered, as we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, traffic or sales. If you believe work has not been delivered as agreed, please raise it with us first so we can make it right.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email us at Info@scribosolution.com from the contact associated with your engagement, including your name, project details and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request and respond with the applicable cancellation or refund assessment.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval, unless a different timeframe is required by your payment provider or bank. Any applicable transaction or gateway charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and the policy in effect at the time of your engagement applies to that engagement.
