You may cancel your service request within 12 hours of placing the order, provided work has not yet commenced. Cancellations requested after this period will not be honoured if significant progress has already been made on the task.

Refund Policy
Refunds are offered under the following conditions:
• Full Refund: If Scribo Solution is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances or if cancellation is made within the 12-hour window before work begins.
• Partial Refund: If work has begun but is not completed and the cancellation is due to valid reasons, we may offer a partial refund based on the work completed.
• No Refund: Once the final draft or completed service has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
All refund requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of service delivery. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Scribo Solution reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and cancellation requests.
